Getting Active
Being active means doing at least 30 minutes of physical activity on most, if not all, days of the week.
By finding 30 minutes every day, you can sleep better, feel less stressed, have more energy and enjoy better health.
It is never too late to start. Have a go at walking, swimming, cycling or even join a team sport.
